All Valley Home Care is proud to serve the following areas:

We offer 2- to 24-hour, Non-Medical care to clients in their homes, providing independence and maintaining dignity to those who need it.

What Sets Us Apart?

24-Hour On-Call Service (No Answering Service):

A live person who knows our clients, families and home situations who will answer all calls to address concerns, questions and respond to emergencies.

Weekly Calls:
A Client Care-Coordinator will make weekly calls to the client and / or family. These calls allow us to be proactive, not reactive, to issues that may arise. This also provides us an opportunity to discuss the client’s care.

Monthly Visits:
A Client Care-Coordinator will make monthly visits with the client. These visits will allow us more opportunities to assure quality care is being provided to our clients.

Introductions:
When a caregiver is matched with a client for the first time, a Care-Coordinator will always personally introduce them to the client and / or family. This assures that the caregiver is completely oriented to the home and care plan. They know exactly what is needed and what is expected of them.
